Brunello, whose name means Sweet Yellow Clover, is their most expressive Cru. The
grapes are handpicked, and there is a spontaneous fermentation activated by a pied de cuve (grape must). They perform a délestage and pump over. Aging is divided across large, seasoned wood barrels for 24 months as well as concrete and tank for an equal period. Awarded 90+ ratings from multiple critics such as James Suckling (97) and Wine Enthusiast (94). VERY LIMITED.
