A Rosso which stands out for its depth and nuance, echoing Brunello itself. The grapes
are picked and sorted by hand. They carry out délestage and pumping over. Aging is
for 18 months, 70% 3200-liter used barrel, and 30% seasoned 500-liter tonneau.
