A Tuscan specialty enhanced with added dried grapes. 80% Sangiovese, 20% Alicante Bouschet. The grapes are harvested as usual, 10% to 15% are selected to be dried and are added to the partially fermented wine, triggering a second fermentation. The result: more color, richer flavor, greater complexity. A must discovery!
