The Benito holdings are managed by Chantal Bénito Larnaudie. She has brought a high standard and keen sense of the taste profile sought out by today’s consumer. Working with oenologist Stéphane Toutoundji, the properties have adopted sulfur-free vinification from harvest to the end of malolactic fermentation. The vineyards have been in conversion to organic since 2021. The prices are fantastic and the wines have been winning medals consistently in Europe.
